End of Summer Wedding in beautiful Stubbings

I recently had the pleasure of creating the flowers for Sarah (nee Webster) and Rory Symes beautiful wedding on the 30th August at Sonning Church and afterwards at Stubbings House for the reception.

Sarah had requested pink Roses as the theme in cut crystal glass vases, which I mixed with Astilbe, spray roses, August in season Dhalias and Flowering Mint and Sage, which provided a little extra on the scent. The image above shows the finished product.

As well as the Table arrangements, Sarah commisioned me to do her Bridal Bouquet and the Bridesmaid Posies, which followed the same theme as the Table arrangments, as did the Button holes for the Groom, Best Man and the Ushers. The Groom and Best men (there were 2 of them!) had flowering Mint and Wax flower added to differentiate them from the Ushers.

Stubbings House created a beautiful backdrop for the wedding.
